Privacy policy

The data controller is CHRG Sp. z o.o., ul. Mickiewicza 37/58, 01-625 Warsaw, Poland.

For anything concerning your data, write to kontakt@chrg.com.pl. The message goes straight to the people responsible for the service.

There is no Google Analytics here, nor any other analytics tool. No social pixels, no advertising identifiers, no heatmaps, no session recording.

We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions about you and we sell data to nobody. There is nothing to sell.

The site stores a single cookie in your browser: chrg-locale. It holds nothing but the language you chose — pl, en or uk — and lives for a year.

It is necessary for the language switch to work, so we neither ask for consent nor cover the page with a banner. You can delete it in your browser settings; the site will keep working, it will simply suggest a language from your browser preferences on your next visit.

The server that sends you this page keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response code and the browser name.

The basis is our legitimate interest — keeping the service running and detecting abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs rotate automatically, the oldest entries are deleted, and we build no profiles from them.

If you email us, we process what you give us: your address, the content of the message and anything you attach.

We do it in order to reply and to see the matter through (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as it may be useful for that matter, and where it concerns a transaction, for as long as accounting law requires.

The server sits at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, that is, within the European Union. Email is handled by home.pl S.A.

Beyond those two providers we pass site data to nobody and we send it nowhere outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. An email is enough.

If you believe we are getting something wrong, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

This policy covers the chrg.com.pl website. The charger management Panel runs at a separate address, has user accounts and processes charging session data — its own terms apply there, and you receive them when you open an account.

When we change this policy we change the date at the top as well. We do not change it quietly.
