The site at chrg.com.pl is run by CHRG Sp. z o.o., ul. Mickiewicza 37/58, 01-625 Warsaw, Poland.

They describe how to use an informational website: browsing content, reading device descriptions and using the configurator.

Sales have not started and no contract can be concluded through this site today. Before we open the shop we will publish separate sales terms — with the right of withdrawal, complaints and everything else consumer law requires.

A device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript enabled. The 3D views additionally need WebGL — without it the site still works, you simply see a photograph or a labelled placeholder instead of a rotating model.

Using the site is free and requires no account.

Supplying unlawful content to the site, disrupting its operation, circumventing its protections, or retrieving content in a way that loads the server beyond ordinary browsing.

Descriptions, technical data and photographs are informational and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

Some devices are still in development and some figures come from the design rather than from measuring a finished unit — we mark those values on the site. We reserve the right to make design changes; the binding figures are those in the documentation supplied with a particular unit.

The texts, photographs, 3D models, page layout and the CHRG mark belong to CHRG Sp. z o.o., or we use them with the rightholders' permission.

You may quote and link. Copying the whole or substantial parts for commercial purposes requires our consent — which usually takes no more than an email to obtain.

If something on the site does not work, write to kontakt@chrg.com.pl. Describe what happened and which browser and device you are using — that is usually enough to find the cause. We reply within 14 days.

We may change these terms — for instance when we start selling. A new version applies from the day it is published, and the date is shown at the top of the page.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means.
